Project Scope: Supply and installation of a Daikin VRV air-conditioning system, including ventilation.
Equipment Type: Daikin VRV system; concealed ducted units, ceiling cassette units, wall-mounted units and fresh-air units.
Equipment Capacity: Approximately 600 kW total cooling capacity.
Glendale Workspace, Ikoyi Plaza, Ikoyi, Lagos
Scope: Installation of an LG VRF air-conditioning system, split AC units and ventilation.
Equipment Type: LG VRF system with ceiling cassette units; Hisense split air conditioners; ventilation units.
Equipment Capacity: VRF system — 87.6 kW; 50 units of 1.5 HP Hisense split ACs.
Providus Bank, Ikate
Scope: Installation of an LG VRF air-conditioning system, split AC units and ventilation.
Equipment Type: LG VRF system with concealed ducted units, ceiling cassette units and wall-mounted units; LG split ACs; ventilation units.
Equipment Capacity: VRF system — approximately 300 kW; 14 units of 1.5 HP LG split ACs.
Location: Ikate, Lagos State, Nigeria.
Supreme Court of Nigeria and Federal High Court
Scope: HVAC design for the Main Hall of the Supreme Court and associated areas, including the Federal High Court project.
Equipment Type: VRF air-conditioning system; ceiling-concealed units (CCUs) and fresh-air handling units (FAHUs).
Equipment Capacity: Main Hall — 336 kW; other areas — 160 kW; total — 496 kW.
Location: Supreme Court Main Hall, Abuja, Nigeria.
Evans Industries Ltd.
Scope: Installation of a chiller system and air-handling units (AHUs) serving the production hall and cutting area.
Equipment Type: York twin chillers and three AHUs.
Equipment Capacity: 2 AHUs at 15,280 L/s each. 1 AHU at 6,055 L/s.
Total AHU airflow: 36,615 L/s.
Chiller cooling capacity: 220Tons of Refrigerant.
Location: Acme Crescent, Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria.
The Avenue Suites VI, Lagos
Scope: Installation of a new chiller, associated system modifications and remodelling works.
Equipment Type: Chiller plant and fan coil units (FCUs).
Equipment Capacity: 7 FCUs; chiller capacity of 200Tons of Refrigerant.
Location: Opposite Eko Atlantic, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.
Vision Suites
Scope: Deployment of a VRF air-conditioning system for guest rooms and public areas.
Equipment Type: LG VRF system with low-static-pressure concealed units for guest rooms and high-static-pressure concealed units for public areas, including conference rooms, reception and back-of-house (BOH) areas.
Equipment Capacity: 75 guest rooms. Total cooling capacity = 300kW
Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.

Scope: Design and installation of rooftop packaged air-conditioning units serving six cinema halls.
Equipment Type: Rooftop packaged air-conditioning units.
Equipment Capacity: 90 TR total across six cinema halls.

Scope: Design and installation of air-conditioning systems for the mosque.
